Serendipitous Wicks LLC Shipping Policy

We want your candles and ritual tools to arrive safely and in perfect condition. Here’s what to expect when you order from Serendipitous Wicks LLC:

Processing Time
All candles are made to order in our home studio.
Standard processing time is 2–3 business days after your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
Custom and personalized candles may require additional time; you’ll receive an estimated timeline at checkout or via email.

Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and shipping method.
We primarily ship via USPS, but may occasionally use other carriers for the best service.
Free local pickup or delivery may be available in [your area, if applicable—remove if not].

Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, but timing may vary based on carrier and destination.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations. International shipping rates and delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Order Issues & Damages
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@serendipitouswicks.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of any damage.
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue—whether that’s a replacement, refund, or another solution that feels right.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Serendipitous Wicks LLC is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
